When will my subscription box ship?
Each seasonal box ships at the beginning of the quarter: Spring (March), Summer (June), Fall (September), and Winter (December). You'll receive a shipping notification via email when your box is on its way.
What's included in each box?
Every Savor the Seasons box includes carefully curated seasonal items, a seasonal recipe, devotional, and a practical guide to help you embrace the beauty of each season.
When will I be billed for my box?
You'll be billed on the 15th of the month before each box ships. For example, your June box will be billed on May 15th.
Exception: Your first box is billed immediately when you subscribe.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Please contact us before the next billing cycle (15th of the month before ship date) to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.
Do you offer refunds?
While we understand you may not love every item in your box (but we think you will), we do not offer refunds. If an item is broken or damaged during shipping we will happily replace it. And if you aren't in love with a specific item in your box, we would encourage you to gift it! There's nothing better than a surprise gift from someone who loves you!
Why don't you offer free shipping?
We would absolutely love to offer free shipping on every order and our hope is to get there one day. As a small business, though, shipping costs are one of our biggest expenses, and right now we are not able to absorb those costs without raising product prices across the board.
Instead, we choose to keep our product quality high and our pricing as fair as possible and charge shipping separately so you're only paying the true cost to get your box safely to your door. And for local customers, there is a local pickup option as well.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States.
